NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BARRIER FREE ENVIRONMENT

‘Show You Care’ and ‘Rotaract Club of Karachi’ participated in seminar, “National Conference on Barrier Free Environment” on 9th Feb. 2008 in Islamabad. This seminar was arranged by Ministry of Special Education and Social Welfare. We were invited by Barrister Shahida Jamil, Minister for Women Development, Social Welfare and Special Education. This seminar highlighted all the obstacles faced by deaf, blind and physically challenged people in front of the Government officials. SYC and Rotaracters highlighted the problems faced by physically challenged people and requested Government officials to provide accessibilities for them.
