Pave the Path, Show You Care
Pave the Path….Show You Care, a seminar was held on August 25, 2007 at Pearl Continental. This seminar was a forum where many of the top architects and builders were invited. A number of high profile government officials from various institutions including DHA and KBCA also attended the seminar. The main aim of the event was to set into motion a drive for the construction of ramps, elevators and other facilities for the physically challenged people at all public places and buildings.
Another aim of this seminar was to persuade the concerned authorities to bring about legislation making it mandatory for every public place and building to have proper access (ramps, elevators, etc) so as to ensure that the same will be accessible to all members of the society, including those who are physically challenged.
